ROOMS
All our rooms are equipped with a bathroom (hot water shower, towels, shampoo and soap furnished), a small desk, a fan, a private terrace and a free WIFI access available in the whole guesthouse).
THE FAMILY CHALET
The Fare Famille contains a triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with en-suite facilities. An adjoining open-plan adjustable space (up to four single beds) with two separate showers and two toilets, will be ideal for accommodating a family as well as a group of people.
Both areas are equipped with air exchangers and open onto a terrace with panoramic views of Ua Pou peaks.

Rates are all tax included
The half-board rate includes overnight accommodation, breakfast, evening meal and transfers to the airport or boat.
The full board rate includes overnight stay, the three daily meals and transfers to the airport or boat.
Drinks are not included in half-board and full-board.
Double room :
Half Board starting from 12.800 XPF (118 USD) per person
Full Board starting from 15.800 XPF (140 USD) per person
Family Chalet :
The Family Chalet is composed of a room that can contain up to 4 single beds with an access to 2 separate toilets and 2 showers and a separate double room with private bathroom (see "Double Room" rates above).
Half Board in dorms, per person starting from 11.700 XPF (117 USD)
Full Board in dorms, per person starting from 14.700 XPF (134 USD)

TOURIST TAX
No tourist tax on Ua Pou
SOCIAL TAX
No more social VAT CPS (Solidarity Contribution in French Polynesia) since October 1st, 2023.
CHILDREN POLICY
Babies (0-2 years-old) stay for free.
The children's rate applies to children 3 to 11 years-old.
From 13 years old, Adult's conditions apply.
Children (from 3 to 12 ans years old included) : half price of the daily rate per adult (half board or full board rate)
Children (from 1 to 2 years old included) : daily rate of 3.780 xpf tax included (34 USD)
Free for children under the age of 1.
SPECIAL RATES
Resident, professional and group rates are available on request and must be reserved in advance.
BOOKING TERMS
All bookings must be secured by a deposit of 40% of the booking's total amount. In case of a single night booking, a deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
One month (30 days) to 2 weeks before the stay : 25% of the full amount will be held
15 days to one week before the stay : 50% of the full amount will be held
Less than a week before the stay : 100 % will be held
Any stay started will be due in full.
Any deposit/down payment will be lost excepted in case of force majeure. Refund possible of the deposit upon written proof.
Full payment upon check-out :
We accept credit cards (except American Express), cash (XPF, EURO or US DOLLARS) or International Bank Transfers.
